Cancellation Policy
COMPANY: Sweetbriar Studios LLC 37 South Paint Street, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601 sweetbriarstudiosoh@gmail.com 740.253.2760 Photographer: Renter: This agreement is between Sweetbriar Studios LLC (DBA The Sweetbriar Collective), hereby to be stated as “Company” and the "Renter" person who is signing this contract. Photographer Studio Rental Agreement: Payment: In order to book and hold a reservation, 100% rental fees must be paid at the time of booking. Cancellation: You cannot cancel a booking for a refund, however, if you wish to reschedule, 24 hours notice is required. You will be given one reschedule. Company is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as power outages, on site failures, inclement weather, natural circumstances out of our control, or various emergencies. Humble and Pine reserves the right to cancel a booking for any reason, and assume no further liability. ***IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR ANY REASON IT NEEDS TO BE DONE SO 24 HOURS OR MORE IN ADVANCE. IF YOU MISS THIS RESCHEDULING WINDOW YOU WILL LOSE THE RENTAL TIME. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING ON THIS TOPIC.*** Studio Rules: Violation of Studio Rules will result in a $100 minimum charge and immediate termination of rental with no refund. -Representative signing this contract must be present for the entire duration of rental -No smoking or vaping is allowed in the building or within 20ft of any entrance. -Children must be supervised at all times -Pets are allowed, however we ask that they only stay for the time they are being photographed, not the whole session. Please do not allow them on the beds or furniture. A $50 cleaning fee applies for pet messes. -No glitter or confetti is to be used at all. If this rule is broken there will be a $100 cleaning fee charged. -If photographer/renter stays more than 5 minutes past their scheduled rental time, this will be considered overtime and will be billed accordingly. We appreciate your cooperation on this topic! -Absolutely nothing is to be hung on the walls. No holes are to be made in the walls. If there is damage done to any of the walls a minimum of a $100 fee will be charged. -Please leave the space as it was upon arrival, an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be invoiced if this rule is not followed. Time Of Rental: You are to arrive and depart at the exact time of your rental. There will be a $50 fee for any overage of 5 minutes
