RETURN POLICY

The Sweetbriar Collective: Returns & Exchanges

At The Sweetbriar Collective, we take pride in our curated collections. While we do not offer cash refunds for shipped, online sales, we are happy to help you find the perfect fit or style through an exchange or store credit.

Return Policy Basics

  • Credit or Exchange Only: All returns are eligible for Store Credit (via an electronic gift card) or a Direct Exchange. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Window: Items must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unopened in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags still attached. Items with makeup, deodorant, or smoke odors will not be accepted.

How to Process Your Return

  1. Request Credit: Email us at ashley@thesweetbriarcollective.com with your order number and the items you wish to send back.

  2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

  3. Issuance: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will email you a digital gift card for the full amount of the item(s) (excluding shipping) within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color in the same item, please include that in your initial email. We will "hold" the replacement item for you for 48 hours while your return is in transit.

Final Sale Items

To keep our inventory fresh, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned for credit:

  • Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more.

  • Seasonal items.

  • Permanent markdowns.

  • Bath & body care.

  • Gift Cards.
